Never Give Up!

Those of you who know me know that I do not generally follow politics – until this year. I still won’t get into it with you now because politics is so divisive, except to say that no matter which side you are on, never give up. That’s the lesson I am taking away from all of this.

If you like Biden, never give up he will prevail. If you like Trump, never give up he will prevail. Who will prevail is yet to be seen at least at the time that I write this. And even then, it may not be over as we are in such a huge state of transition right now. End of subject on politics.

If there is something you really want in life, never give up.

What About When You Were a Kid?

When you were a kid was there something you really wanted? Think about it. What did you do? Did you give up because your parents said no? Did you give up because no matter how many times you asked  your parents they still said no? Or did you find a way to get it?

I realize some things aren’t in our best interest so our parents prevented us from getting it. That’s not what I’m talking about. Maybe it was a toy or a privilege you felt you deserved. Whatever it was, did you give up?

If you did, that’s ok. One of my favorite sayings is, “never say never!” Just because you might’ve given up as a kid or gave up on your dreams as an adult doesn’t mean it’s over. Never say never!

Never Say Never!

Why?

Because another favorite and old saying, “Where there’s a will, there’s a way!”

What that means is no matter what you want in life, if you REALLY want it, there’s always a way to get it. Think back in your life. How many times have you persevered until you got what you wanted? I bet it was more than once!

When I was younger my mom once told me that I was persistent. I think my mom was trying to turn a perceived negative into a positive for me. God love her for that! Seriously.  I quickly learned to channel my persistence into success and you can too.

If you’ve ever been a parent, having a child who persists in getting something can be exhausting! (I know, I have a child like that!) But that same tenacity channeled wisely can take a person far in life.

Make It Happen

How many times have I mentioned that psychic readings are rarely one hundred percent accurate? The reason is not because the psychic isn’t any good, it’s because you have freewill and can make a different choice leading to a different outcome.

If you really want something, I’ve also said, don’t rely on a psychic to tell you that you’ll get it, MAKE IT HAPPEN. That’s what manifesting is about. Making it happen. A psychic can reassure you and that’s great so that you can continue to believe. But if you really want it, make it happen.

This article isn’t about calling out those of you that think you’re weak because you have given up. Newsflash, we all give up at some point over something. But, in the end, if we really want something, we don’t give up. We find a way to make it happen.

That’s why as I’ve also shared with you before, I’ve told my teenage son, if he really wants to be something, he can. Nothing is out of reach. You just have to believe you can get it and then take the actions to get it. I know, easier said than done, but that’s the way the world works.

If you’ve lost your way, lost your courage, motivation, whatever, now is the time to get it back if there’s something you really want.

Here’s one way you can assist yourself in that process.

How to Get What You Want

You know about the chakras, right? They are the energy centers that line up along our spine up to the crown of our head. Each one has a different color and energy associated with it. The third charka, the solar plexus, is about willpower. If your third chakra is weak or unbalanced, it can cause you to have reduced willpower.

How do you get more willpower? There are many ways but one easy way is to wear or surround yourself with the color yellow, the third chakra color. Burn yellow candles, hold a yellow pillow, wear a yellow sweater. Stare at something yellow. Color therapy promotes the theory that different colors affect our state of being. It works! Buy a cheap piece of yellow felt. You can get it at Walmart in the craft department if you don’t want to go to a hobby store. Stare at yellow to increase your resolve.  Get your yellow on!

Imagine…

The other way is to work directly with your chakras. Maybe you’re saying you don’t know how. That’s ok, here’s how. Imagination! Imagination and intention are key to manifesting, changing and creating.

Get into a relaxed state, take some deep breaths. Then imagine seeing your chakras in your mind’s eye. Focus on the third one. See it spinning, being in balance, expanding. That’s it, that’s all you have to do. There’s no magic, no need to pay someone. You can do this yourself. If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again! Keep working with it until you feel you have accomplished it. There are youtube videos on it if you want some assistance.  See your third chakra enlarging, spinning, being in balance. Keep doing it until you start to feel more committed to getting what you want.

No one will give or get something for us, in the end it always falls back on ourselves because we only have control over ourselves. You CAN do this, if you never give up. I believe in you!

P.S. Another time I’ll tell you a story of how I used the color orange, the 2nd chakra color, to manifest my business. It works to use the colors to assist you in your manifestation.
