The purpose of all of my coaching is to help you remember who you are. Remember who you came here to be. Remember that you are a creator of your own life.
When you remember who you are, you wake up, you become conscious. In the waking up you remember you are a divine creator. Once you truly remember and know this, you are empowered. As an empowered soul living in a human body you have re-connected with your Higher Self and thus you can create anything you truly desire.

Level One Coaching Waking Up – Is this For Me?
This is for you if something has recently triggered you to step back and examine your life.
Do you feel ready to begin the process of waking up and transforming?
Do you want to make changes in your life but don’t know where to start or what you have tried doesn’t work?
At this phase you are at a Stage 2 or early Stage 3 of Awakening. See where you are in the stages of awakening.
Level One Coaching: Waking Up:
We will discuss:
*How to slow down
*How to quiet your busy mind
*Why do we have negative thoughts and emotions?
*How to deal with negative thoughts and emotions
*The basics of manifesting.
*What is intuition? Do I have any?
*Noticing where you do these things & letting go of the blame game, judging, criticizing etc
*And other things that are unique to your path of awakening
*We will also examine and clear any blocks unique to you
*We will also work on any issues currently going on in your life holding you back.
Level Two Coaching Waking Up Some More – Is this for Me?:
If you understand the basics, you can manifest to some degree, you have reasonable control over your mind, you are ready for this level.
Is this you? “I think I have some gifts, but I don’t know what they are” or “I have some gifts but I don’t know how to use them for the best result.”
You want to know what your life purpose is and how to execute it?
At this phase you are firmly in Stage 3 of Awakening. See where you are in the stages of awakening.
Level Two Coaching: Waking Up Some More:
We will discuss:
*Why it’s so hard to change
*What your true purpose is
*What your unique gifts are
*Letting go of addictive thinking
*What do you really desire in life?
*Re-connecting with your Higher or True Self
*What is my purpose in life?
*Letting go of situations, things and people who no longer serve you
*Taking responsibility for everything in your life (no more blaming, shaming, victimizing etc)
*And other things that are unique to your path of awakening
*We will also examine and clear any blocks unique to you
*We will also work on any issues currently going on in your life holding you back.
NOTE: Level One or Level Two programs can be tailored to your individual needs. The goal is to have you become more conscious and aware so that you can create the life that you truly desire.

Depending on what you are looking for, what your goals are, what you desire, the results of becoming more conscious and aware can be anything including fulfilling your purpose, living your “dream,” finding your calling and career, more money, a new job or career, a new or improved relationship, letting go of anxiety or depression, peace of mind and so much more.

While I am a certified life coach, what makes me different from other life coaches is that I am intuitive. My intuition can be used for greater understanding, clarity, seek higher truths etc from your Higher Self. Because I am psychic, my coaching may include an Akashic Reading, Light Language or Cord Cutting to facilitate your growth by obtaining insights or energetic releases or shifts.
